Username and Password- Some engenes require to specify a Username and Password which is used if you wish to make subsequent changes to your listing

Language- The main language used at the site from which the URL is being submitted.

Domain- Regional Engines will only accept site if the domain has the appropriate domain extension. For example German Regional engines will only list URLs with ".de" suffix. If your site relates to a specific region, and does not have the appropriate URL suffix (eg: .com), you can force submission by specifying an additional domain.
